Placing an Order

You may place your order on the website or by email. To place by email please send all orders to: NewOrder@giftsbyleticia.com The products listed on our website are made to order or may or may not be in stock at the time of purchase. If for some reason the item is not in stock it will be back ordered. You will be sent an email regarding your order and how you will like to proceed, ie cancel your order & be refunded, wait for the item to be back ordered, exchange the item for something else of equal or lesser value.

Ready to Ship items

All ready to ship items at Gifts By Leticia are listed on the site with the quanities by the choice of scent or item.  The other items are shipped through our suppliers.

Local Fresno -Clovis Area Orders

Place your order online and choose payment method then use the following coupon codes for local delivery. Tri-cities orders will be delivered every 2nd & 4th saturdays. Fresno - Clovis local deliveries will be made upon prior arrangements.

Local delivery charge is $5.00 : Use coupon code "localdelivery" at checkout.

Local Pick up is always FREE, prior arrangements must be made. Use coupon code "localpickup" at checkout.

Only applies to Ready to ship items, for all other items place your order and choose money order option for local shipping charges.

Shipping Info

Gifts By Leticia ships via USPS. There is a flat rate of $8.00 charged on all orders. Delivery confirmation is included in the shipping fee. You may choose to purchase insurance for $2.00 for your order as we are not resposible for any damages once it has left our premises. I ship every monday after the order has been received.

Please note our suppliers will ship via UPS or USPS. If for some reason the shipping is extremely high you will be invoiced for the extra shipping costs and your order will be shipped once it is paid. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Orders may ship separately depending on the items ordered, but it does not affect the shipping costs.

I will do my best to keep the shipping costs as low as possible.

Tax

All California residents will be charged 8.975% tax on all orders.

Payments Accepted

PayPal is preferred and you do not need to have an account to make payment. Credit cards are accepted via PayPal. Your info is protected and sent via PayPal secure payment server.  Money Orders are also accepted. You must make your money order payable to: Leticia Torres and mailed to:

Refunds/Returns

Since most of our products are hand made and/or homemade there are no refunds or returns. All Sales Are Final. Any damage to your order in the delivery process must be taken up with USPS and if insurance was purchased. By placing your order with Gifts By Leticia you are agreeing to the All Sales Are Final and understand there are no refunds or returns.
